RICEVILLE, IOWA - Dean Lubbert, 52, of Riceville, died Thursday (Jan. 30, 1997) at St. Marys Hospital, Rochester, Minn.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Matthew Versemann officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. today at the Lindstrom Funeral Home, with an 8 p.m. prayer service.

Dean Lubbert was born on October 10, 1944, in Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Lubbert of Riceville; three daughters, Sheila Lubbert of Omaha, Neb.; Deanna Halverson of Spring Grove, Minn., and Stacy Lubbert of Riceville; and one son, Cory Lubbert of Riceville; and two brothers, Dale of Riceville, and Robert of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
