Geneva Kozak

OSAGE, IOWA - Geneva Kozak, 80, of Osage, died Wednesday (Jan. 15, 1997) at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Friday at the Champion Funeral Home.

Geneva Kozak was born July 29, 1916, at Castalia.

Survivors include one daughter, Jean Matthews of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sons, Duane Brockney of Osage, Dale Brockney of Charles City and Kenneth Kozak of Stacyville; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one daughter and one sister.
