OSAGE, IOWA — W. Francis Lesch, 78, of Osage, died Wednesday (Jan. 21, 1998) at the Ninth St. Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Champion Funeral Home, Osage.

W. Francis Lesch was born June 1, 1919, on the family farm south of Osage in East Cedar Township, Mitchell County. Her parents were Alfred Henry Lesch and Louise Caroline Troge Lesch.

Survivors include two sisters, Marvel A. Lesch and Irva Feldpouch, both of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Ralph H. Lesch.
