Marvin F. Muller, 92, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and formerly of Charles City, Floyd county, Iowa, died on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the San Luis Medical and Rehab Center in Green Bay.

Marvin Frederick Muller was born January 18, 1915, the son of Fred and Laura (Troge) Muller at Rudd, Iowa. He graduated from Rudd High School.

On October 28, 1939, he was united in marriage to Leola Jung of Charles City at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Marvin was employed at Oliver/White Farm; W.S. Kelpatrick Heating and Air Conditioning, Ship Yards in San Francisco and Los Angeles; and was a salesman and Green Bay branch manager for Lindsay Bros. Plumbing and Heating, Minneapolis, MN.

He was a past member of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Charles City and a member of Bethel Lutheran Church in Green Bay. He was a past Chairman of the Senior Citizens Center in Charles City.

Living family members include two daughters, Joy Kuehn of Tyler, Texas, Ann (Dean) Bramschreiber of Green Bay, Wisconsin; a son, Scott (Diana) Muller of Chaseburg, Wisconsin; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one sister; and one brother.

In his younger days Marvin enjoyed hunting and fishing in northern Minnesota and served as a river patrolman on the Zumbro River, near Rochester, Minnesota. After retirement he enjoyed helping out at St. Johns Lutheran, by transporting food donations to the Food Box. He had a large garden and enjoyed sharing his produce with neighbors and friends.

He was an accomplished woodworker and also enjoyed making wind chimes and giving them as gifts. After moving to Green Bay he lived at Mason Manor Apartments, where he met Lou Paradise, who became a dear and special friend.

He moved to San Luis Med and Rehab in December of 2005.

A graveside memorial service for Marvin will be held at a later date at Calvary Cemetery, Osage, Iowa.

The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff at San Luis for their compassionate, loving care of Marvin.
