Aurelia Stelpflug, 98, of St. Ansgar, Iowa, died on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at the Good Samaritan Society of St. Ansgar.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home in St. Ansgar. Burial took place at the Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Aurelia Taylor Stelpflug was born on August 9, 1909 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Jesse and George Taylor. She married Fred Stelpflug in 1927.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred, and by her sister, Edna Taylor.

She is survived by her daughter, Jean (Richard) Sweitzer, her son Allan (Dee) Stelpflug, by seven grandchildren and by ten great-grandchildren.
