OSAGE, IOWA - Louise Dieterichs, 75, of Osage, died Tuesday (Feb. 11, 1986) at an Osage hospital.

Mrs. Dieterichs, director of nursing at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage from 1957 to 1975, was born April 1, 1910, in Cedar Township, Mitchell county. She was the daughter of Herman K. and Lise Maria (Dynna) Klemesrud.

She attended rural schoools, graduating from Osage High School. She attended Waldorf College in Forest City, and later Fairview School of Nursing in Minneapolis, graduating in 1933. Following graduation, she was operating supervisor at the Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis.

She married Stanley W. Dieterichs on October 31, 1937, at Rock Creek Lutheran Church, rural Osage. He died in January 1959.

Mrs. Dieterichs worked at Nissen Hospital in Osage, and later at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, where she was director of nursing for 18 years.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage, with Rev. Joseph Nesheim officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery. Visitation is after 1 p.m. Friday at Champion Funeral Home in Osage.

Mrs. Dieterichs is survived by two daughters, Gail Dieterichs, San Diego, and Sylvia Dieterichs, Osage; a sister, Mrs. Ingwald (Alice) Sponheim, Osage; and a brother, Herman L. Klemesrud, Indianapolis.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 15, 1986, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Osage, Iowa, for Louise Dieterichs, 75, of OSage, who died Tuesday, February 11, 1986 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. Rev. J. Nesheim officiated and burial was in the Osage Cemetery.

Louise was born on April 1, 1910 in Cedar Township, Mitchell County, Iowa, the daughter of Herman K. and Lisa Maria (Dynna) Klemesrud. She attended rural schools and graduated from Osage High School. She attended Waldorf Collge in Forest City and later Fairview School of Nursing in Minneapolis, graduating in 1933. Following graduation she was operating supervisor at the Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis.

On October 31, 1937, she and Stanley Dieterichs were married at Rock Creek Lutheran Church. He died in January 1959.

Mrs. Dieterichs is survived by two daughters, Gail Dieterichs of San Diego, and Sylvia Dieterichs of Osage, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Ingwald (Alice) Sponheim of Osage; and a brother, Herman L. Klemesrud of Indianapolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Irene, and her husband, Stanley.
