Funeral Held For
Sadie Bisbee MayerWord reached relatives in this area of the death of a former Lyle resident, Mrs. Sadie Bisbee Mayer, 83, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Bisbee.
She died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lee Daves in Livermore, California, on October 16.
Services were to be held there and burial was at Fort Summer, N.M.
She is survived by two daughters. Her only survivors in this area are her nephews, Bradford Bisbee of Osage, Art Bisbee of Toterville, Raymond Bisbee and Alva Gregg of Lyle.
She was preceded by her parents, her husband, three sisters and three brothers. Mrs. Mayer was born and reared in the Lyle area and was a telephone operator in Lyle for many years prior to her marriage.
