Funeral services for Barbara Jean Chance, 39, who died at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minnesota October 18, 1983, were held October 20 at the Macken Funeral Home in Rochester, Minnesota.

Barbara Chance was born May 14, 1944 in Iowa Falls. She was a graduate of Osage High School and AIB in Des Moines. She had lived in the Rochester area the past five years.

Miss Chance was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by a brother, Robert, and sister-in-law, Donna and niece, Pamela of Colona, Illinois.

Burial was in the Alden cemetery in Alden.
