TOMAHAWK, WISCONSIN-- Lorraine F. Armstrong, age 79, of Cornell, Wisconsin, died Friday, May 12, 2006 at her home. She was a nearly life-long resident of Tomahawk. Rev. William Grevatch officiated at memorial services which were recently held.

Lorraine Armstrong was born in Osage, Iowa, on December 19, 1926; the daughter of the late Matthew and Winifred O'Rourke.

Survivors include her husband, Merlyn Armstrong, Cornell; son Kevin (Jane) Armstrong, Barron; two daughters, Julie Ann (Steve) Armstrong, Cornell and Karen (Eliot) Lewitt, Greensboro, North Carolina.

Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, of Wausau, Wisconsin was in charge of arrangements.
