William McKinley Frank was born near Manchester, Iowa, July 23, 1896, and died July 5, 1917 at Orchard, at the age of 20 years, 11 months, 12 days.

He came with his family, to Mitchell county in 1906 and for four years his home has been near Orchard.

Will has been a member of the Lincoln Baptist Sunday school, which he attended faithfully, and the last Sunday before he was taken with his fatal illness, saw him in his class at Sunday school.

Left to mourn his departure, are his father and mother, two brothers and seven sisters, who will sadly miss the cheerful smile and the willing hand of their son and brother.

The funeral was held at Lincoln, Rev. M. D. Mack of Osage, and burial at Stacyville.
