Iver H. Nelson Died
Suddenly Monday

The sudden death of Iver R. Nelson, 72, came as a great shock to family and friends, Monday afternoon.

Mr. Nelson and his son, Ira were mending fences, the younger man working ahead. Turning to see how his father was getting along he saw him lying on the ground and was dead when he reached him.

Mr. Nelson was born in Floyd county. He was married to Mary Fosholdt and they settled on a farm six miles south and one and a half miles west of the Weinberger corner, west of Osage.

Two children were born to them-a son Ira, and a daughter, Ethel. The later died from infantile paralysis soon after she graduated from the local high school.

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the Rock Creek church in charge of the Rev. O. C. Myhre and burial will be in the Rock Creek cemetery.
