Silas & Lucius Gomez
December 2, 2017 - December 2, 2017
It is with deep sadness that Sal and Abby Gomez, share that both of their handsome angels have gone to be with the Lord. Silas James Gomez gained his wings on December 1st and Lucius Dean Gomez gained his wings on December 2nd. Both boys were delivered on the evening of December 2nd, 2017.
Silas James weighed 1 pound 2 ounces and measured 11.5 inches. Lucius Dean weighed 1 pound and measured 11 inches.
Visitation will be held at Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville from Noon to 3:00 on Saturday, December 9, 2017. There will be a private service and burial.
The boys are survived by their parents Sal and Abby Gomez and sister, Gwenn, grandparents, Dave and Kerri Swancutt, and Marcia and Bob Grimm, uncles, Emilio Gomez, Ben Swancutt, Sean Grimm and Brian Grimm all of Riceville; great grandparents, Jim and Jody Dean of Cresco, Beverly Swancutt of Oregon, and Ron and Nancy Grimm of Riceville, and many great-aunts and uncles.
The boys were preceded in death by their grandfather Manuel Gomez, great grandparents, Ruth and Duane Lockie, Wayne “Red” Swancutt, Salvador and Consuelo Gomez, great-great-grandma Dorothy Bill.
