LAKEVILLE, Minn. — Robert J. Crooks, age 53, of Lakeville, passed away unexpectedly April 12, 2016.
Preceded in death by his father, Alden, and brother, Jeff.
Robert is survived by his wife, Michelle; daughters, Rebecca and Madison; mother, Dorothy; sisters, Cheryl (Mike) Hathcock, Angela (Kirk) Nanke and Jennifer Crooks; also by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Highview Christiania Lutheran Church, 26690 Highview Ave., Farmington, MN, with a visitation one hour prior service.
