OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services for Henry Dons, age 77, who died Thursday at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, are pending at the Champion Funeral Home
Born in Denmark on April 1, 1896, he came to the United States at age 18, settling at Burlington where he was foreman of a furniture factory
He was married to Margo Anderson on June 30, 1919; and the couple lived at Burlington and Cedar Falls, retiring to Osage 10 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Keith (Nancy June) Duncan, and two grandchildren, all of Osage.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and a brother.
