MRS. LOUIE STRUMM
DIES AT MCINTIRE

Mrs. Louis Strumm, 68, died at her home in McIntire on Sunday evening. The remains were brought to the Champion funeral home at Osage; then Monday taken to Chicago for funeral service and burial.

Mrs. Strumm was a native of Russia and was married there. Her husband came to America when their children were small; but just as soon as he was able, sent for his family. Mrs. Strumm enjoyed telling of their experiences in coming to the new land. They spent considerable time in Canada before they were admitted to the United States.

The family moved to Mitchell county about 35 years ago and have lived many years in McIntire.

Surviving are Mr. Strumm; her daughters, Mrs. William Biegler, of McIntire, and Mrs. S. Ochakoff of Chicago; a son, Abe Strum of Riceville; and a brother, Heimer Blinder, of Osage; and also a sister in Canada.
