Clara Helene Olson was born September 13, 1897 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Bernt C Olson and Helena Antonson, the fourth of their eight children.
Found in the 1900 - 1925 censuses living on a farm at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa:
1900: Ben C Olsen 46, Helena Olsen 30, Alma J Olsen 10, Oscar A Olsen 7, Laura C Olsen 5, Clara H Olsen 2, Martha J Olsen 6/12.
1910: Ben C Olson 56, Helen Olson 40, Oscar I Olson 17, Dorn C Olson 15, Clara Olson 12, Martha Olson 10, Carl Olson 6, Ole Olson 3, Alfred Olson 2 mos.
1915: Clara Olson age 17.
1925: Carl J Olson 21, Laura C Olson 30, Clara H Olson 27, Ole M Olson 18, Alfred W Olson 14.
Clara married Clarence Miller on December 21, 1927 at the Rock Creek Lutheran, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.
The couple had at least 2 children: a son, Harvey Eugene (born/died 1933) and a daughter Marlene E (b 1939).
Found in the 1930 - 1940 censuses at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1930: Clarence W Miller 28, Clara H Miller 32, Alfred T Olson 20.
1940: Clarence W Miller 38, Clara H Miller 42, Marlene E Miller 1.
Clara died September 21, 1975 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa and is buried at Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Iowa.
