Funeral services for Mrs. Daisy F. Reed, 87, Waterloo, Iowa, and formerly of Osage, Iowa, who died on Wednesday, May 11, 1983, at a Cedar Falls hospital, were held on Saturday, May 14, 1983, at the Parrott and Wood Funeral Home in Waterloo, Iowa.
Graveside committal services were held on Saturday at the Osage Cemetery.
Mrs. Reed was born in 1895 in McIntire, Iowa, to Carl and Cora (Griffin) Stringer. She graduated from the Presbyterian Nursing School in 1920.
She was united in marriage to Harry Reed in 1921 in Waterloo, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1954. There are no immediate survivors.
