Funeral services for Mrs. Lilliam Bakkum, 67, of Mitchell, were held on Monday, December 13, 1982, at Faith Lutheran Church in Mitchell. She died Thursday, December 9, 1982 at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. Rev. Charles Bunk officiated, and burial was in the Liberty Cemetery, Little Cedar, Iowa. Champion Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Edwin (Hazel) Fitch of Marshalltown; two sons, David and Alvin, both of Mason City; 12 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Otis (Clara) Bessman of Iowa Falls; three brothers: Clifford and George Nicholson, both of Alden and Paul Nicholson of Orchard.
