OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral rites will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home for Mrs. Dale Carrison, 68, who died Monday afternoon at an Independence hospital where she had been a patient for past 10 months; burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Ralph, Nashua.
