Fredericka Lewke was born June 4, 1830 at Prussia (Germany).

She married Wilhelm Schroeder in 1856, in Germany.

The couple had (maybe) six children; three were:
Albert Gustav (b June 9, 1860 Prussia, d July 10, 1936 Mitchell Co, Iowa);

William Frederick (b December 27, 1861 Gross Schiatkow, Pomerania, Germany, d January 22, 1944 St Ansgar, Mitchell, Iowa) and

Herman Reinholt Schroeder (b April 22, 1873 Pomerania, Germany, d February 11, 1952 Toeterville, Mitchell, Iowa).

The family left Germany in 1875 to emigrate to Wisconsin. They then moved to Spring Valley, Minnesota and finally settled near St. Ansgar, Mitchell, Iowa.

Found in the 1880 & 1885 censuses living at Rock, Mitchell, Iowa:
1880: Wm. Schroeder 57, Fredreka Schroeder 50, William Schroeder 18, Herman Schroeder 7.

1885: William Schroedes 61, Rika Schroeder 34, Albert Schroeder 24, Hennan Schroeder 11.

Found in the 1895 - 1910 censuses at St Ansgar, Mitchell, Iowa:
1895: Frederika Schroeder age 66.

1900: William F Schroeder 76, Frederica W Schroeder 69.

1910: Albert Schroeder 49, Annie Schroeder 43, Adolf Schroeder 22, Mary Schroeder 21, Emma Schroeder 19, Martin Schroeder 5, Frederika Schroeder 79.

Fredricka Schroeder died July 12, 1918 at Mitchell County, Iowa and is buried at the St. Peter Cemetery, Toeterville, Mitchell, Iowa.
