Rosemary Dargan was born July 16, 1927 at Riceville, Mitchell, Iowa to James Bernard Dargan and Emma Florence Auringer, the youngest of their eight children.

Found in the 1930 & 1940 censuses living at Jenkins, Mitchell, Iowa:
1930: James B Dargan 48, Emma F Dargan 44, Florence M Dargan 15, Agnes C Dargan 13, Mary J Dargan 12, Frances J Dargan 9, Paul J Dargan 5, Rose M Dargan 2 9/12.

1940: James Dargan 57, Emma Dargan 54, Paul Dargan 15, Rose Mary Dargan 12.

Rosemary married Leo Lamar Kinter on January 16, 1945 at the Immaculate Conception Church, Riceville, Mitchell, Iowa.

The couple had 7 children.

Rosemary died May 22, 2006 at Des Moines, Polk, Iowa and is buried at the Pine Hill Cemetery, Des Moines, Polk, Iowa.
