Nora Clarinda Johnson was born June 9, 1906 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Nicolai Johanson Johnson and Thea Caroline Norby, the youngest of their three children.

Nora was baptized on July 7, 1906 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. Her baptismal sponsors were: Mr & Mrs Olaus Norby; Martin Johnson and Olga Lundene. She was confirmed at RCLC on June 27, 1920.

Found in the 1910, 1920 censuses living on her parent's farm at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa:
1910: Nicholis Johnson 45, Thea Caroline Norby Johnson 32, Herbert Johannes Johnson 12, Thelma Johnson 9, Nora Clarinda Johnson 3.

1920: Nicholi J Johnson 55, Caroline Johnson 43, Herbert J Johnson 21, Thelma J Johnson 19, Flora P Johnson 13.

Found in the 1925, 1930 censuses at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1925: Nicholi J Johnson 60, Caroline T Johnson 48, Thelma T Johnson 24, Nora C Johnson 18.

1930: Nicolae J Johnson 65, Caroline N Johnson 52, Nora C Johnson 23.

Nora C Johnson married Lloyd Henry William Gillerman on October 25, 1935 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa. The couple had 2 daughters.

Found in the 1940 census at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa; Lloyd Gillerman 33, Nora Gillerman 34, Ruth Gillerman 2.

Nora Gillerman died January 4, 1976 at Mason City, Cerro Gordo, Iowa and is buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa, Lot #235.
