AGED ST. ANSGAR
RESIDENT DIESSERVICES MONDAY FOR
EX-TEACHER, LIBRARIANST. ANSGAR, IOWA -- Miss Anna Olson, 71, died at her home Thursday evening following several months illness.
She was born at Green Bay, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John H. Olson. She was baptized and confirmed in the First Lutheran Church at St. Ansgar, where she had been a resident for many years, teaching in the St. Ansgar and Osage schools, and was librarian in the Nissen Library for several years.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Whitaker, Osage, Jennie C. Olson, St. Ansgar, and two brothers, Ted Olson, Waterloo, and A.B. Olson, Minneapolis.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, the Rev. O. A. Langehough officiating.
Burial will be in the First Lutheran cemetery, Schroeder and Houg are the undertakers in charge.
