Fred Myers

August 25, 1903 - April 24, 1965

Christian burial was given to Mr. Fred Myers last Tuesday afternoon, April 27, 1965.

Fred Myron Myers, son of George and Rose Worple Myers was born near Elma on August 25, 1903. He was later confirmed at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. On April 17, 1929 he married Hilda Lubbert.

Fred passed away in the Riceville Hospital on April 24, 1965.

Surviving are his wife, Hilda, Children: Myron, Riceville; Jeanette (Mrs. Richard Mesner), Rockville, Maryland, Eugene, Mound, Minnesota; Ivan, Raytown, Missouri; and Luverne, Cedar Rapids, and 11 grandchildren.

Burial was in the church cemetery.
