Funeral services were conducted from the St. Ansgar Methodist church for Mrs. Louis A. Muller, who died at her home in Chicago June 3, 1939.

Ethelyn Grace Muller, nee McCulla, wife of Louis A. Muller, was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alexander McCulla and was born at Lyle, Minn., March 19, 1895.

At the age of three weeks the family moved to the McCulla farm near Toeterville, Iowa. In 1898 the family moved to St. Ansgar. Here she attended the public schools and graduated from the high school. Later she attended Iowa State Teachers College and Cornell college and then taught school several years.

She was baptized and received into the fellowship of the St. Ansgar Methodist church and was a faithful member of the same as long as she lived in this community.

On June 16, 1917, she was married to Louis Muller of St. Ansgar. For eight years they lived in Charles City and three years at Peoria, Ill., and then they moved to Chicago where she has lived ever since.

She is survived by her husband, two sisters, Miss Amy McCulla of St. Ansgar and Mrs. Walter E. Bramhall of Mason City, one brother, Herbert McCulla of Osage. Interment was in the St. Ansgar cemetery.
