OSAGE, IOWA — Henry TerHark, 67, died Saturday night at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Church, Osage, Burial in Osage Cemetery. The Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Freda; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Rapp of Stuart, Florida, and Mrs. James Pitzen of Rose Creek, Minnesota, and 11 brothers and sisters.
