OSAGE NURSE KILLS HERSELF

Takes poison at Home of
Father; Husband and
Daughter Left.

OSAGE, IOWA - Mrs. Clifford Reazak, 31, head nurse at the Nissen hospital for the past six and one-half years, committed suicide Sunday afternoon at the home of her father in Hubbard by taking poison. Mrs. Reazak, nee Winifred Cagley, took her nurses training at Park Hospital in Mason City. She was married in 1930. Her husband and a daughter, Sharon, 4, survive.
