MRS. DENNIS CLARK
DIED LAST WEEK
AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Funeral services for Mrs. Dennis Clark, 63, were held Saturday afternoon, May 21, at the Champion Funeral Home with the Rev. D. Bourne, pastor of the Congregational Church officiating.
Burial was made in the Orchard cemetery. Mrs. Clark died last Thursday at her home near Orchard following a lingering illness.
Ida Mae Sargeant was born at Spirit Lake, March 1, 1886, the eldest daughter of Albert and Alice Sargeant. She was married to Dennis J. Clark on November 26, 1908, and they established their home on a farm near Orchard where they lived all their married lives.
To this union were born two children, Alice Mae, who died in infancy, and Glen Albert of Orchard.
Mrs. Clark joined the church at Orchard in her youth and was a faithful and active worker as long as her health permitted. She took her part in community life, but home and family were her first thought and concern.
She is survived by herhusband, son, Glen, and wife, and two granddaughters, Phyllis and Joan.
