Christine Gulliana Docken was born October 28, 1880 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa, to Thidemand Thidemandsen Docken and Gunhild Aslesdatter, the ninth of their eleven children. Her siblings were: Guri, Ole, Karine, Mathea, Antonette (Nettie), Olava, Gabriel Theodore, Inger Marie (Mary), Thea J. and Elvin Julius.
Christine never married nor had children. She died February 12, 1911 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa and is buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.
