HELD AT OTRANTO CHURCHOTRANTO, IOWA – Mrs. Dewey (Rosa Anna) Campbell, died Wednesday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Otranto Community Church. The Rev. Elwin C. Labrenz officiated. Burial was in Woodbury Cemetery with Schroeder & Houg Funeral Home, St. Ansgar, in charge.
Born March 25, 1896, on a farm east of Mason City, she was the daughter of Andrew and Emma Schlosser. She was married to Dewey Campbell at Nora Springs in 1919. They had lived in Otranto since 1927.
Surviving are her husband, a son, Roger, Otranto; two grandchildren; four sisters; Mrs. Robert (Nettie) Mooney, Los Angeles; Mrs. Fred (Dorothy) Larson, Waterloo; Mrs. A. J. (Marjorie) Rhutasel, Mason City; Mrs. Floyd (Verna) Yaggy, Mason City; and three brothers; Edward Schlosser, Nora Springs; Milton Schlosser, Los Angeles, California; Clarence Schlosser, Lynwood, California.
