GREENWOOD, WISCONSIN - Linda Lou Hemann, 57, of Greenwood, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville.

Services will be held at noon Saturday, April 12, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greenwood. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 6:45 p.m. Legion Auxiliary service and a 7 p.m. rosary service, Friday, and again from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday, both at the church.

Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Linda was born June 28, 1950, at Riceville, Iowa, to Marvin Sr. and Marlys (Souhrada) Gronwoldt. She married David Hemann on Aug. 31, 1968, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Riceville. They farmed in Riceville until June 30, 1979, then moved to Greenwood. In 1991, they moved to the town of Mead and formed Double H Dairy in 1992. Linda farmed with her husband and sold their cows to their son in 2008.

She is survived by her husband, David Hemann of Greenwood; son, Allen (Karen) Hemann, Greenwood; daughter, Crystal Gumz, Spencer; three grandchildren; her mother, Marlys Gronwoldt, Riceville, Iowa; and 10 siblings, Darlene (Harold) Seidel, Marvin Jr. (Ardith) Gronwoldt and Loren (Bonnie) Gronwoldt, all of Riceville, Cheryl (Paul) Kunze, Colby, Leon Gronwoldt, Mason City, Iowa, Russell Gronwoldt and Lynsey Gronwoldt, both of Riceville, Charlene Atkins, Marshfield, Kenneth (Nicole) Gronwoldt, Lime Springs, Iowa, and Danny (Sandra) Gronwoldt, Riceville.
