Funeral services for Stanley Shoger, 46, of rural LeRoy, Minnesota, were held on Thursday, May 3, 1984, at Champion Funeral Home in Osage. He died on Monday, April 30, 1984, at his home. Rev. J. Gilbert of the David Community Church, rural McIntire, officiated and burial was in the Osage Cemetery.
Mr. Shoger was a farmer in the Riceville area, and an employee of the Farmers Feed and Grain Company, Inc., in Riceville.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Jean; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Roxanne) Dvorak of Riceville and Suzanne Shoger at home; three sons, Steven of Nora Springs and Douglas and Nathan at home; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Ardis Orthel of Springfield, Missouri; and one brother, Marvin of Riceville.
