William H. Kuhn – October 19, 1862 – August 7, 1942

KUHN DIES SUDDENLY AT OSAGE
Osage – William Kuhn died Friday at his home after suffering a heart attack as he was sitting on his porch.
He was born October 19, 1862 in New York, N.Y., and came to Kossuth County at the age of 20. He married Julia Dwyer 52 years ago.
In 1901 the couple moved to a farm near here where they lived until four years ago when they moved to Osage.
Surviving are his wife and five children: Elizabeth, St. Joseph, Missouri; Clarence, Elma; Leo, Decorah; Sylvester, Osage; and Mark, Los Angeles, California.
Funeral services are incomplete.
