BALSLEY, Gordon E. c1919-1987
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 16, 1987 at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Lehigh Acres, Florida, for Gordon E. Balsley, 67, formerly a native of Orchard and Osage, Iowa. Mr. Balsley had lived in Florida for the past eight years.
He died on Friday, February 6, 1987. Father Donald Baier officiated, with burial in Lee Memorial Park with military rites by American Legion Post 323.
He is survived by his wife, Stacia of Lehigh Acres; one son, Duane Balsley of Cape Coral, Florida; one brother, Leonard Balsley of Manly, Iowa; one sister, Irene Lacour of New Castle, Wyoming; and by four grandchildren.
