DIES AT ORCHARD
Orchard – John R. Jones, 79, died at his home here Tuesday following a stroke.
He leaves his wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters, also a brother and 2 sisters.

John Rowland Jones was born September 10, 1866 in Racine , Wisconsin, the son of Samuel and Jane Jones. He married Lena Etta Bilharz, the daughter of Louis O Bilharz and Lucinda (Felkey) Bilharz.
He and his wife are buried in the Stillwater Cemetery, Orchard, Mitchell, Iowa
