Funeral services for Alice Lucy Pike, 73, of St. Ansgar, who died Friday, February 17, 1995 at her home in St. Ansgar, were held February 19 at the First Lutheran Church here with the Rev. Robert Porisch officiating.
Alice Lucy Pike was born August 2, 1922 at Grafton to Ralph and Laura Emmons Campbell. She married Anton Pike July 5, 1942 in Austin, Minnesota. They lived in the St. Ansgar area all their married lifes.
Alice volunteered at the Good Samaritan Center for 17 years. She was very active in the Senior Saints Center, and volunteered many hours at the Nissen Library as well as the St. Ansgar Medical Clinic. She was an active member of the First Lutheran Church.
Alice is survived by her husband Anton, St. Ansgar; a son Gerald and wife Judy of Mason City; two daughters, Janet Randall and husband Earl of Waterloo, and Susan Squier and husband Gary of Moundsview, Minnesota; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one brother, James Campbell of Des Moines; one sister, Ruby Tyer of Osage; two half sisters, Harriett of Des Moines and Lucille of Creston.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ralph.
Burial was in the First Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar.
