RITES FOR OSAGE MAN WILL BE IN CATHOLIC CHURCH; FIVE SURVIVE
Osage, Feb. 20. – Nicolaus Clausen, who was born 79 years ago last Christmas in Germany, died yesterday morning at 4 o’clock at the farm north of town, from flu.
He is survived by two sons and three daughters, Henry and Rudolph; Mrs. Elizabeth Clever; Mrs. Henry (Christina) Green; and Mrs. August (Mary) Eske. The funeral will be held in the Catholic Church Friday morning.

Nicolaus Clausen married Mary Magdalene Wagner (a.k.a. Helena Maria Wagner Clausen), the daughter of Stephen and Elizabeth Wagner.. She passed away before him on October 12, 1924.
