Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 1987 at Champion Funeral Home in Osage for Lee Adrian, 72, of Orchard. Rev. D. Hanson will officiate and burial will be in the Osage cemetery.
Mr. Adrian died on Sunday, May 3, 1987 at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital in Osage, of injuries received in a van-train accident near Orchard.
He was born on September 4, 1914 southwest of Osage in Mitchell county, Iowa, the son of William and Nellie (Carter) Adrian. He graduated from Osage High School. He then lived in Chicago, Illinois for five years where he learned the plumbing trade. He returned to the family farm which he farmed and also ran Adrian's Plumbing and Heating. In 1963 he moved his business to Orchard.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.
Hee is survived by an uncle, Arthur Carter of St. Paul, Minnesota; several cousins; and by many friends.
