Anton Nissen, son of the late Thomas Nissen of this place, is lying at the point of death at his home in Osage. He has been confined to his bed for several weeks, and has no possible hopes of recovery. His sorrowing mother and brother have the sympathy of the people of this community.

Chris Nissen and his mother requests us to extend their thanks to their kind friends who offered their assistance during the illness and death of their brother and son.
