Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 9, 1985, at Champion Funeral Home for Elwyn Fink, 84, of Orchard, who died on Monday, May 6, 1985, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital.

Elwyn Fink was born on September 12, 1900 in Grundy County, Iowa, to Charles and Frances (Lehman) Fink. He moved to Mitchell County with his parents at age 12 and attended Orchard area schools and Osage High School.

He worked for Marshall Field Co. in Chicago for several years. He later returned to the family farm near Orchard, and farmed until his retirement in 1965.

Survivors include his wife, Leona, and one sister, Berdene Lockwood of Osage.
