FORMER RESIDENT OF RUDD DIES; SERVICES TO BE AT WATERLOO
Rudd – Funeral services for Mrs. Arthur Hoel will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Walnut Street Baptist Church in Waterloo, with the Rev. R. T. Ketcham officiating.
Burial will be in Osage.
Mrs. Hoel died Thursday. She moved to Waterloo 12 years ago.Surviving are her husband, a son, Merlin of San Miguel, California, a daughter; Mrs. Floyd Brinker of Waterloo; one grand-daughter, and her mother; Mrs. August Dahn of Waterloo.

Alice Mary King was born November. 1886 in South Dakota, the daughter of William King and Mary (Elliott) King. Her mother Mary (Elliott) King was married a second time in 1900 to August Dahn.
Alice married Arthur Hoel, the son of Aaron and Emily Elizabeth (Skelton) Hoel.
