WEBER, MCMAHON, SYLVESTER

Funeral services were held on Monday, October 21, 1985, at Visitation Catholic Church in Stacyville for Regina Weber, 68, formerly of Stacyville and Osage. The Rev. Carl Manternach officiated and burial was in the church cemetery. She died on Wednesday, October 16, at a Sioux City hospital.

Mrs. Weber was born on November 16, 1916, to William and Ann (McMahon) Sylvester in Greene, where she graduated from high school. On June 2, 1938, she married Ottmar "Ole" Weber in Greene. The couple lived in Stacyville until 1966 when they moved to Osage. She moved to Sioux City in 1981 and had been a resident of Stacyville Nursing Home since 1984. Mrs. Weber was a member of the Osage VFW Post 7920 Women's Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1984.

Survivors include three daughters, Pat of Minneapolis, Mrs. Gary (Nancy) Pfeister of Sergeant Bluff, and Kathleen of San Francisco; a son, Donald of Denver, Colorado; two grandchidlren; two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd (Norma) Jones of Lancaster, California, and Mrs. Ramona Leerhoff of Mesa, Arizona; and two brothers, John Sylvester of Mesa, Arizona and William Sylvester.
