Cornelius Nicholi Golberg, 76, died Friday morning at Meltonville, where he lived for the past 37 years.

He died suddenly while on the way to the store. He is survived by his wife, Martha; a daughter, Mrs. Gilbert Anderson (Grace), Sargeant; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Carl of Mason City and Alfred, of Sandstone, Minn. Funeral services will be at Meltonville, Sunday.
Burial at the First Lutheran cemetery.
