OSAGE DRUGGIST DIED AT 72, RITES TUESDAYOsage – Oscar Pohle, 72, died Saturday while at work in his drug store here. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Methodist Church. The Rev. O. Ihnnen of Rockwell will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Everett Pencock of Osage. Masonic rites will be conducted in the Osage Cemetery.
Born October 10, 1890 at Garnavillo, he was the son of John and Margaret Tuecke Pohle. He was graduated from Sheffield High School and Draker University School of pharmacy. He had operated the Pohle Drug Store here since 1929. He was married to Valera Grace Felsman of Mason City in 1918.
Surviving are his wife and a brother, Roy, Mason City. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Richard, and a sister.
