ASHES OF FORMER OSAGE
BUSINESSMAN ARE BURIED
Osage, May 13. – Ashes of Ed Prime, a long-time resident here, who lived some years in California, were brought here for burial.
A commitment service at the grave was conducted Friday morning by the Rev. F. W. Miller of the Universalist church.
Mr. Prime had been County Auditor here and later a member of the drug firm of Goodell and Prime.

Edward C. Prime was born February 1857 in Wisconsin, the son of Benjamin Prime and Margaret Frances (Bourne) Prime. He married Grace Eleanor Evans, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Evans.
Surviving them were a son Stanley Evans Prime born May 14, 1899 in Mitchell Co., Iowa, died in California October 21, 1980.
