JOSEPH QUINN, RICEVILLE, DIES
FUNERAL TO BE SATURDAY FOR LIFE LONG RESIDENT OF VICINITYRiceville, Feb. 1 – Joseph Quinn, 76, died at his home 3 ½ miles west of Riceville early Friday morning. Mr. Quinn had resided in Jenkins Township practically all of his life, his father being one of the earliest settlers.
He was the father of six children, five of whom are living. One daughter, Mrs. John Collins, died about eight years ago.
He also leaves two brothers, Frank and Barney, and one sister, Mrs. Mary McCune, all of St. Paul.Funeral services are to be at Immaculate Conception church at Riceville Saturday at 10 a.m. Father Hethrington will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
