Illness Fatal to Mrs. Perzynski

Funeral services were held Wednesday at St. Mel's Catholic church in McIntire for Mrs. Frances Perzynski, 77, who died Sunday at Mitchell County Memorial hospital, Osage. Hatten and Sons of Stacyville were in charge of arrangements and burial was in the Visitation Catholic cemetery, Stacyville.

Frances Pawlus was born in Warsaw, Poland, on December 14, 1896**, the daughter of Matthew and Katherine Susak Pawlus. She came to New York in 1920, and was married there to Walter Perzynski. Coming westward, they settled first near St. Ansgar, moving to the David community in 1941.

Mr. Perzynski died in 1969. Others perceding her in death were one son, Theodore Perzynski, and one grandson, Ronald Hanke.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Glen Johnson of Northwood, Mrs. John Hanke of Stacyville, Mrs. Rex Penney of Dorchester, Wis.; one son, Ed Perzynski of Riceville; 24 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
