ST. ANSGAR WOMAN IS BURIED; WAS 48 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF DEATH
St. Ansgar , Nov. 12 – The funeral service for the late Ida Albrecht Sherman 48 years old, was held at the St. Ansgar Methodist church yesterday afternoon with burial in the St. Ansgar city cemetery.
The service was in charge of the Rev. Otis Moore. Mrs. Sherman was the wife of L. B. Sherman, manager of the local electric light plant. The funeral was attended by a large group of friends and relatives from St. Ansgar community and nearby towns.
Mrs. Sherman Leaves to mourn her passing, her husband and two daughters and one son, Mrs. Benton G. Moeller; Mrs. Glen Cleveland; and LaForest Jr.; her mother, Mrs. Maurice Albrecht; two sisters; Mrs. H. E. Falk of St. Ansgar; and Mrs. E. E. Miller of Geary, Okla.; and two brothers; Erwin Albrecht of St. Ansgar and Arthur Albrecht of Grafton.

Ida Bertha Albrecht was the daughter of Moritz and Augusta Albrecht. (her dads name in the obit is listed as Morris but his tombstone in Immanuel Lutheran has his first name as Moritz).
She married LaForest B. Sherman senior, son of Charles and Lucy Sherman.
