Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hugh Wright March 30, at the Champion funeral home for Laura Rachel Sheldon Green. Burial was in the Osage Cemetery.

Laura Rachel Sheldon was born in Osage May 11, 1893 to Henry and Celia Sheldon. She spent most of her life in Osage.

On Nov. 25, 1915 she married Gordon L. Green. Two children were born to this union.

She is survived by her husband and one sister, Mrs. Clara Brown. Her two children preceded her in death, Betty died in infancy and Robert was killed in World War II.
