HENRY INTORF DIES SUDDENLY AT OSAGE HOME
Osage – Henry Intorf, 72, a retired Osage businessman, died of a heart attack at his home Christmas Eve after returning from church services.
Born in St. Ansgar in January 1890, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Intorf. He was married to Agnes Miller in 1913. They lived in St Ansgar and Waterloo before moving to Osage 30 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Alton Grap and Mrs. Norman Christiansen, both of Osage; a son, Walter, Osage; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two brothers, Louis and Fred, Orange, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. G. W. Snyder, Garden Grove, Calif.; Mrs. Al Feldt, Cloverton, Minn.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Edward Lange will officiate.
Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery with Champion Funeral Home in charge.Mason City Globe Gazette, Wednesday December 26, 1962
